Current Positions Available:

Superintendent – Candidate must be capable of project supervision and extensive grading layouts. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, coordinating with foremen, project engineers, and office staff. Previous experience running similar projects is mandatory. Primary focus will be on candidates who are familiar with CONNDOT Form 816.

Project Estimator – Candidate must have prior experience performing estimates for DOT roadwork projects and heavy sitework. The job requirements include job costing, bidding, buyouts, submittals, and working with Project Foremen/Super on contract kickoff. Four year degree required, as well as previous work experience with similar companies.

Concrete Flatwork Finishers – Candidates must be experienced in pouring and finishing concrete sidewalks & curbing. Positions involve form installation, grading, and concrete installations. Experience is mandatory.

Asphalt Paving Professionals – Candidates must be experienced in paving roadways on high production projects. Individual must possess skills required to rake and grade bituminous concrete. Experience is mandatory.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Searching for a qualified candidate to maintain and repair large fleet of equipment for heavy contractor. Individual must be a goal oriented and a team player capable of working with other technicians in a busy service environment. Individual must have basic computer familiarity and knowledge of on board vehicle computer diagnostics. Individual must be qualified in gas engines, diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, and welding. We maintain a fleet of equipment ranging from pickup trucks to portable crushing plants. Unfortunately we can not train for this position so applicant must have previous experience fixing heavy site equipment. ASE certified individuals will receive preference. Individual must be capable of obtaining a CDL within two months of employment. This position requires heavy lifting, drug & alcohol screening, and an above average attendance.
